The ProActive Realty Income Fund II
About ProActive Realty Income Fund II
The ProActive Realty Income Fund II, LLC (PRIF II) is a social impact-focused investment vehicle aiming to raise $25 million to address critical housing needs in underserved communities. Its core mission centers around acquiring, redeveloping, and operating a diverse array of residential properties, including manufactured housing communities, multi-family complexes, and single-room occupancy (SRO) units.
Background
Driven by an unwavering commitment to resident success, this pure social impact fund allocates any above-average returns to supporting one to three charitable organizations, including ProActive's own philanthropic arm “ProActive Initiatives”. With a robust pipeline spanning up to 550 units across multiple states, the fund aims to increase financial accessibility for underserved populations, such as low-income families earning below 80% of the area median income (AMI), very low-income households at less than 50% AMI, undocumented individuals, veterans, and those with disabilities.
Beyond providing shelter, ProActive Realty Income Fund II seeks to uplift communities through strategic value-add acquisitions, comprehensive renovations adhering to livability standards, procurement of new manufactured homes for rent and sale, and the potential development of entirely new manufactured housing communities. Embracing a holistic approach, the fund also champions sustainability initiatives encompassing water management, building retrofits, and the integration of low-carbon, renewable energy solutions across its property portfolio.
